Canada Travel Guide
Although not as loud and provocative as its southern neighbor, Canada is a beautiful country that deserves to be on everyone’s bucket list. Tasty food, stunning mountain hikes, charming culture, and breathtaking national parks. What’s not to like?
Outdoors lovers will be happy to hear Canada has the longest ski season in the world. It is also home to 16 UNESCO World Heritages Sites. One famous destination is Banff National Park. But you can find an adventure in every corner of the country. There are snowy mountains, forest trails, and the Northern Lights too.
One of my favorite destinations in Canada is Montreal. It’s like a mini-France in North America. Cobblestone streets and historical buildings give some neighborhoods an old-world feel while sleek skyscrapers blend the new with the old. You can enjoy fine dining, delicious French pastries, and simple pleasures like poutine. French fries with cheese curds and gravy? Yes please!

best time to visit

Canada is a huge country with different climates in different regions. The best time to visit is in August and September when the weather starts to cool, the leaves start to turn, and the summer crowds start to leave. It’s a great time to hike and take part in outdoor activities.
Winter is long and cold. It lasts from October to March. This is a good time to ski, but the average traveler may find the temperature too freezing cold.
For those looking to take part in summer outdoor activities, you should travel during June to August. This is also the ideal time to visit national parks like Banff National Park. The mountain scenery is a dream during summer. Nature lovers take note.
